Good service, small issue
I ordered a custom pendant from Raz and Company last month. The design consultation was really thorough, and they helped me pick out a nice sapphire. The final product looks great, just what I wanted. My only small complaint is that the turnaround time was a bit longer than I expected, took about 4 weeks. Otherwise, pretty satisfied with the purchase and the value.
Bespoke ring experience
My experience getting an oval diamond engagement ring from Raz and Company was mostly positive. I booked a complimentary consultation online which was easy enough. During the session, we talked through different diamond shapes and settings. I brought in some ideas from Pinterest, and they were really good about explaining the pros and cons of each. We went with a natural GIA certified diamond, and they explained the grading in detail which was helpful. The bespoke process for the ring itself took about 6 weeks from the initial design to me picking it up. The ring resizing service was included which was a nice bonus. The ring came out beautifully, very high quality. I did have to follow up once about the status, but communication was generally clear. Overall, I'm happy with how it turned out and felt like I got a good deal on a unique piece.
